Responsibilities : Take ownership of the annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting cycle Gather and incorporate inputs from sales, operations, and finance to strengthen forecast reliability Review, challenge, and enhance existing financial models used in forecasting; develop new ones as needed Support the Finance Director in driving automation initiatives to streamline core processes Produce forward-looking P&L statements based on both historic and current performance trends Source and consolidate data from multiple systems, cleanse it, and deliver concise management-level summaries across a range of metrics Gain a deep understanding of the assumptions underpinning forecasts Question these assumptions where necessary Suggest more accurate and relevant alternatives Partner with finance and operations teams to provide detailed monthly performance reviews, including : Profitability analysis by branch / station Recommendations to Finance and Operations Directors on potential margin improvements Act as the primary liaison for reporting to Corporate Headquarters and manage related information requests Work with the Finance Director and Financial Controller to review monthly central reporting packs Take the lead on cost allocation projects Deliver ad hoc reporting, analysis, and data extraction as required by the business Skills : Forecasting Budgeting Benefits : Work From Home bonus Work From Home pension
