Senior Manager / Director - Growing Firm Dublin North / Meath

My client, a growing medium sized firm of Accountants and Tax Advisors based in North Dublin, seek an Audit & Accounting Senior Manager / Director for their growing firm. You will lead a team and have responsibility for a portfolio of audit and accounting clients. There is an excellent team in place, and strong retention in the team, with the successful applicant, reviewing and managing this client base. There is a strong career path available with scope to become a Partner within a short period, if joining as Senior Manager or if already at Director level, potential to rapidly become a shareholder. The role offers hybrid working, flexibility and a competitive remuneration package. The Role : Oversee and review statutory audits and financial statements for a wide range of clients. The review of corporation tax returns and ensuring filings are made in accordance with deadlines Lead and mentor a team to consistently deliver high-quality results within allocated timeframes. Act as a key point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships Work with other departments i.e. Tax Planning and Advisory to cross sell services The Person : Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) 3+ years post-qualified experience in audit, accounts, and client management Proven track record in leading teams. Commercially astute, with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging cloud-based platforms and digital tools Skills : Auditing Financial Accounting Accounting
