Operations Manager for innovative Dublin leisure venue This premium city-centre venue boasts innovative indoor leisure facilities with fully licensed bar, modern fusion food offering and elegant social areas. They now require an Operations Managerto assist the General Manager in ensuring its smooth operations. This would suit a seasoned hotel operations professional, ie Duty Manager, F&B Manager, Deputy Manager. Excellent progression opportunities with this role! Key responsibilities : Help ensure the safe and effective management of the site and its team. Actively participate in all areas of daily operations as required, ensuring company standards are met at all times. Help create an environment that is team-focused, encouraging a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members. Assist with company reporting as required. Maintain extensive knowledge of all products, business lines and promotions. The ideal candidate : Minimum of three years operations experience in the leisure / hospitality / F&B sector with events exposure. Proven leader who can inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences Flexible work schedule with availability for weekend shifts Excellent communication skills Positive, can-do and problem-solving attitude Tech savvy The ability to create a sense of fun!
