Our client, a well-established international law firm, is looking to recruit a Finance and Operations Manager to join their Dublin office. This is a hands-on, senior-level role ideal for someone with strong financial expertise and a solid understanding of legal practice operations. Key Responsibilities Finance Management Prepare monthly management accounts, including : Fee earner utilisation Work-in-progress (WIP) and aged debt analysis Revenue, billing, and collection trends Complete weekly cash flow reporting and forecasting Oversee daily transaction processing with support from a finance assistant Perform monthly balance sheet and weekly bank reconciliations Submit VAT and VIES returns in a timely manner Ensure full compliance with Law Society Solicitors Accounts Regulations Operational Support Provide commercial insights and reporting to partners and senior management Support decision-making with accurate financial data and KPIs Manage and mentor a finance assistant Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance or operations role within a legal firm. Only candidates with this experience will be considered.
