Actuarial Manager – Operations

A leading reinsurance company in Dublin are seeking a Qualified Actuary to join its Actuarial Operations function as a Manager. This position is based in Dublin city centre and has a hybrid working policy.

About the Actuarial Manager – Operations role

Reporting to the Senior Actuarial Manager, you will be instrumental in the ongoing development of our Operations function. As an Actuarial Manager, you will lead a team of actuaries and oversee a diverse portfolio of reinsurance solutions, including traditional life, payout and structured reinsurance across Europe and beyond.

Duties for this role include (but are not limited to) :

• Comprehensive Portfolio Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of CL Re’s transactions to provide strategic insights on deal structures and anticipated outcomes.
• Process Innovation : Design and implement streamlined systems and workflows to enhance data management and account review efficiency.
• Client Engagement : Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Data Integrity : Oversee accurate data validation and cleansing to support robust valuation processes.
• Regulatory Adherence : Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and all relevant legal, regulatory, and professional standards.

Actuarial skills required
