Senior Legal PA - Supporting Location Head

Senior Legal PA required to support location Head / Partner in a prominent Irish legal firm. You will be a very strong Legal PA with experience in a top commercial firm. You will be confident supporting Senior Leadership in a 1 : 1 capacity and your skillset will encompass both legal skills and more broad Corporate support duties. Your day to day in this role will include : Complex diary and meeting management, including travel itineraries. Coordination of business development activity for both London and Dublin based clients pitches, presentations, events and materials. Maintenance of client database / CRM. Preparation of documents and contracts. Complex monthly / end of quarter / end of year billing. Tracking of expenses. This role offers a strong salary and the chance to gain experience working with the international arm of an Irish firm.
