Manage inboxes, diaries, and schedules, including coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones. Organise and optimise complex travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, client packs, and supporting documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and business development material, including research and briefing notes for client meetings. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism. Handle confidential information with discretion at all times. Support billing processes, including time entry and invoice preparation (experience in commercial billing is essential). Manage expenses and ensure timely, accurate submissions. Produce high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Office, following house style and professional standards. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business and provide cover within the wider PA team when needed. Undertake ad hoc tasks as required. The Candidate : Significant experience in a senior-level PA or secretarial role, supporting senior stakeholders. Highly organised, with proven ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, using initiative with a calm and methodical approach. Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
