Our customers are offered a full turnkey solution for their lighting needs, giving them Advice, Design, Supply and Installation services. We also have a growing online store to compliment our showrooms. We are looking for a Full-Time sales consultant to join our team, working between our Churchtown and Walkinstown lighting showrooms. We are passionate about our business, and it will be your role to ensure our customers expectations are exceeded. The role of a Sales Consultant is key to our business as you will be the face of the Company to our customers. We provide continuous training and development opportunities for our staff to assist them with their career development. Responsibilities : Welcoming customers into our store and offering your product knowledge / assistance as required by the customer. Accurate operation of POS invoicing and payments Maintaining a high level of store presentation Constantly updating of your product knowledge Undertake all tasks assigned to you by management to the highest standard and in compliance with our quality management system The Person : Warm, vibrant & enthusiastic Sales focused Passion for design Hard working and eager to learn Flexible Fluent english speaker previous lighting showroom sales experience preferable Our team work extremely hard to maintain the appearance of our stores. You will need to check in deliveries, maintain displays and offer any assistance our customers may require.
