Retail Sales Consultant

Specialised and well established Retailer seeking experienced Sales Consultant for their South Dublin based store. (Dublin 18) Permanent Part Time Role. Hours : 3 or 4 days per week. Days worked include 2 Saturdays per month on a rotated basis. No Sunday work. Daily Hours : 9.30am 5.30pm with half hour lunch. Benefits & Perks Starting hourly rate of €13.50 (to increase as training progresses) Bonuses and Commissions paid Flexible Days to be tailored to suit the roster Free Parking About Our client are experts in foot wellness and look after people with hardworking feet. Their team of experts provide a caring service, focused on individual attention and unique recommendations to improve customers lives through their feet. They are a locally owned, family business and are now looking to employ a Retail Sales Consultant to work either 3 or 4 days per week within the store. Job Responsibilities : Deal with customers as they arrive for appointments Train on site in all things feet, orthotics and shoes Perform as part of a close team Perform Gait Analysis as per protocol. Work to targets Required Qualifications : Retail sales experience beneficial Physiotherapy / pharmacy / medical retail background desirable Empathetic and caring approach Knowledge of Microsoft Word and email Ability to train on in-store scanning devices Caring and enthusiastic personality Candidates must be well mannered and presentable Fluent written and spoken English Excellent communication Excellent customer care skills Candidates must enjoy and have a genuine interest in dealing with people Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues Enthusiastic, with a mature attitude towards the role.
