Role : Showroom Sales Representative

Location : Dublin 24

Job Type : Permanent - Full time

Salary : €35,000 - €40,000 plus Commission

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Showroom Sales Representative t o join our client’s growing team based in Dublin 24. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Showroom Sales Executive to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

What’s on Offer :

Your new role includes :

Supporting residential and commercial sales teams on a wide range of projects

Assisting with client communications, sampling, quotations, ordering, and project documentation

Providing a consultative, client-first experience to homeowners, designers, architects, and builders

Handling showroom walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentations

Maintaining the showroom — ensuring it is welcoming, organised, and visually strong

Using the CRM (Pipedrive) to track leads, manage communications, and support pipeline activity

Proactively generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking

Experience you need :

1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles

A consultative communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Highly organised, reliable, and motivated to achieve sales targets

Comfortable working face-to-face with clients in a showroom environment

Proactive in lead generation and confident in outbound approaches

Able to use CRM systems and digital tools effectively (Pipedrive)

Interest in construction, interiors, or premium products is an advantage
