Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors for a Fit-Out Contractor in Dublin.

With the huge demand for facilities to support public, commercial, and housing needs, our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in Dublin.

The company has established itself at the top of the industry and has extensive knowledge of the contracting market, specializing in large-scale projects all over Ireland.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team to maintain high efficiency.

Due to significant growth, they are seeking a fresh candidate to fill this important role.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following :

Considerable experience in Contracting

Education - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree

Extensive experience in Structures in Ireland

Experience working on medium to large projects

Knowledge of the dynamics that drive large-scale project progress

Considerable knowledge of commercial and residential projects
