They are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in County Meath. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of cost planning and cost control on projects Prepare tender and contract documentation Issue and manage payment certificates in line with procedures Oversee and manage the change control process Liaise with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers Carry out cost analysis of subcontractor packages Perform risk assessments, value management, and cost reporting Support the Commercial Manager with reporting and project update Skills & Experience Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience Strong background in valuations, variation management, CVR reporting, and payment certification Experience in apartment or residential developments is desirable but not essential Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with a proactive approach Why Join?
