We have proudly contributed to numerous landmark projects across Ireland including M3 Sisk Ferrovial, M4, M50 D+C Dunshaughlin / Drumree Link Road, Cairn Homes Griffith Avenue and Maynooth, John Sisk and Sons Takeda Grangecastle , Winthrop Technologies Ballymakilly Dub 4 + Dub 5, Gem Construction Dunshaughlin, Churchill and Malahide etc. Minimum requirements Bachelors degree in quantity surveying Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a quantity surveyor in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Target, source and develop client base Prepare accurate cost estimates for earthworks and demolition-based projects. Conducting valuations and preparing applications for payment for work completed, ensuring timely submissions. Assessing and managing change orders, pricing variations, and ensuring client approval before implementing changes. Developing detailed and accurate cost estimates and bill of quantities for civil projects, often in the tendering phase. Monitoring project budgets, providing cost-value reconciliations, and managing financial reporting to keep projects within budget constraints. Full TimeMonday - Friday Pay 80-100k per year
