The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll manage all commercial aspects of complex, high-value builds, from early cost planning to final accounts. Youll work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients, ensuring financial control, value optimisation, and flawless project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full financial lifecycle of projects from inception to handover Deliver accurate cost control, reporting, and forecasting Manage procurement and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Present detailed financial reports and risk assessments Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders Requirements 5+ years experience as a QS (preferably with a main contractor) Proven stability and track record in previous roles Strong contract knowledge (Public Works, JCT, NEC) Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (experience in the role is also accepted) What We Offer ?
