We're seeking applications for the role of Planning and Production Coordinator, based in our Waterford plant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, energetic company in this growing FMCG sector.

As a Production and Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day running of our production operations, ensuring efficiency and while maintain the provision of best-in-class service to our customers.

You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong administrative skills and a good working knowledge of Excel.

Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Thyme IT is desirable.

What you'll do...

• Maintain accurate records of production results, shift reports, product quantities, and defect logs in line with internal and client requirements.
• Record and track batch codes, production outcomes, and case movements to ensure traceability and compliance with quality protocols.
• Prepare and check product labels, production sheets, and any relevant paperwork for use during the production process.
• Ensuring smooth flow of product from unloading, through production, to repacking or onward processing.
• Monitor production accuracy and ensure all quality standards are upheld. Identify any patterns in product defects and escalate issues to Quality or Production Manager.
• Coordinate the setup and breakdown of conveyor lines and production stations. Minimise downtime and troubleshoot minor operational issues as they arise.
• Support the training of new operatives and ensure ongoing adherence to procedures and standards.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.

The standard working hours are 8am to 5pm on Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1 pm on Fridays
