Project Manager Structural / Modular / Offsite Projects Location : Tipperary Salary : €80,000 €90,000+ Type : Full-time / Permanent An established engineering & fabrication contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead structural, modular, and offsite projects with a base in Tipperary. This role will oversee design, fabrication, and site installation across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities : Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors Coordinate design, engineering, fabrication, and site teams for alignment Oversee quality, compliance, and health & safety standards Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve technical issues Ensure smooth client sign-off, commissioning, and handover Requirements : Degree in Structural, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or equivalent 5+ years experience leading projects in fabrication, steelwork, or offsite construction Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with modular and offsite construction methodologies Excellent communication and organisational ability Full driving licence Whats on Offer : Salary : €80,000 €90,000 Stable long-term pipeline of modular / structural projects Leadership role in a growth-oriented engineering firm Opportunities to influence design and delivery strategy Apply now confidentially with your CV.
