Revenue Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and analytically minded professional to join a leading hotel group renowned for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
As the
Revenue Manager
, you will be responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through strategic pricing, distribution management, and market analysis.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and Group Revenue Leadership, you will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and optimizing business mix across multiple channels.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering
one day working from home
per week.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive RevPAR and profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly revenue meetings.
Manage inventory, distribution channels, and rate parity across OTAs and direct channels.
Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue generation.
Use revenue management systems and tools to inform decision-making.
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar revenue management role within hospitality.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PMS, and RMS platforms.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Commercially minded with a strategic and data-driven approach.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic team environment.
You must be currently living in Ireland and have the legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided for this role.
