Hotel Revenue Manager

The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is now recruiting for a Revenue Manager to join our management team. This role is key to driving revenue growth, maximising occupancy, and ensuring strong commercial performance for the hotel. About The Role Key Responsibilities : Develop and deliver pricing and distribution strategies to optimise revenue. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand to adjust rates accordingly. Manage Opera Cloud and online distribution channels. Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and performance reports for management. Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide recommendations to senior management. Collaborate closely with the Reservations, Sales, and Front Office teams. Requirements : Previous experience in hotel revenue management (Opera Cloud experience an advantage). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of OTAs, channel management, and online distribution. Excellent communication and commercial awareness. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
