Youll provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth administration across the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for HR queries. Manage onboarding, employee changes, and leavers. Maintain HR systems (e.g., PeopleXD, Appraisd) and ensure compliance. Support absence management, payroll notifications, and reporting. Assist with recruitment, graduate programmes, and induction. Coordinate engagement, wellbeing, and HR communications. About You HR qualification (Level 7 or above) + 2 years HR experience. Strong IT and HR systems skills. CIPD member (or working towards). Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills.
