HR Assistant Temporary Role (6 Months) Salary : €38,600 per annum (Grade IV) Hours : 35 hours per week, MondayFriday Annual Leave : 23 days plus public holidays Location : Dublin 8 Key Responsibilities Provide an efficient and professional HR advisory and support service to staff Support recruitment processes including HR database updates, employee set-up forms and stakeholder liaison Assist in developing and managing onboarding and induction processes Monitor staff contracts and coordinate contract renewals or variations Support coordination of leave and absence records including maternity and sick leave cases Requirements Minimum of 12 months experience in HR administration or a similar role is essential, candidates without this experience will not be considered.
