They are seeking a skilled and dependable RGI-Qualified Plumber to join their maintenance team.
The successful candidate will carry out plumbing, heating, and gas work on residential properties, both in reactive call-outs and planned maintenance.
You will regularly liaise with tenants, property managers, and other trade staff.
Safety, excellent fault-finding skills, and strong customer focus are essential.
Responsibilities : Perform routine and reactive plumbing repairs : leaks, burst pipes, blocked drains, taps / sinks / toilets / showers, etc.
Installation, servicing, and repair of domestic heating systems including gas boilers, radiators, hot water cylinders.
Conduct safety inspections / testing of gas appliances, pipework, flues in compliance with RGI regulations.
Maintain and repair water supply systems, drainage, and associated plumbing fixtures.
Fault-finding, diagnostics, and providing solutions with quality workmanship.
Maintain tools, equipment, van (if provided) and keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe.
Complete job documentation : reports of work done, parts used, recommendations for follow-up maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and all relevant regulations.
Occasionally respond to emergency call-outs (depending on rota / rota-sharing) and after-hours work.
Requirements : Full RGI qualification & current registration.
Trade certificate or equivalent qualification in plumbing / heating.
Minimum 3 years' experience working in residential plumbing & gas installation / maintenance.
Valid, full, clean driving licence.
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills; ability to deal with tenants / customers in a courteous, professional manner.
Reliable, punctual, and organised; able to manage time and schedule effectively.
