Plumber - Technical Support / Field Engineer (Plumbing & Heating) Location : Santry, Dublin 9 (Office & Field Based) Sector : Building Services / Plumbing Supplies Important : This is a plumbing / mechanical role,not IT. Role Purpose We are seeking a qualified plumber to join the expanding Customer Service Team as a Technical Support / Field Engineer. This role includes a full induction and product training programme. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the company's product range while supporting installers and customers both in the field and office. Key Responsibilities Attend service calls : diagnose plumbing product issues, carry out repairs, and recommend remedial actions Provide technical support and advice to installers, contractors, and merchants Deliver product training sessions on installation and troubleshooting Work closely with Quality Control and Design teams to share feedback for continuous improvement Represent the business as a professional ambassador of their brand and technical standards Key Requirements Fully qualified plumber with at least 3 years' experience Previous Service Engineer or technical support experience desirable but not essential Full, clean driving licence Safe Pass (training can be provided) Strong communicator with good teamwork skills Computer literacy an advantage but not essential RGI qualification and / or F-Gas certification desirable but not essential Benefits Competitive salary Fully expensed company vehicle, smartphone, and tools Employer pension contribution (after probation) Ongoing training & development with clear career progression opportunities Employee Assistance Programme (for you and your family) Staff discounts How to Apply If you are a qualified plumber who enjoys problem-solving, supporting customers, and developing your technical expertise, we would love to hear from you. ?
