Trade sales

Advisor

for their client based in Dublin 15.

This is an exciting opportunity to Join Ireland's leading bathroom brand- So if you have sales, customer service or retail experience in the building or plumbing trade this could be for you.

Location : On-site – Dublin 15, Ireland

Job Type : Full-Time | Permanent

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Role

Due to continued business growth and ambitious expansion plans, Ireland's leading bathroom brand, is seeking a Trade Sales advisor to join their dynamic operations team.

This is a key support role focused on ensuring seamless coordination between our Commercial Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service departments.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing site orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering a first-class service to our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for residential and commercial site accounts, handling all queries related to deliveries, order updates, stock availability, and scheduling.

Process and manage all

site and project orders

, ensuring accurate entry, timely updates, and smooth communication throughout the process.

Support Commercial Sales Managers by maintaining accurate

forecasting data

and monitoring key site progress (e.g. number of units supplied vs. forecast).

Track and manage

delivery schedules

in line with project timelines and client expectations.

Liaise with the

Purchasing Department

to monitor stock levels of key products and flag potential supply risks or delays.

Review

sales trends and product run rates

to anticipate issues, offer alternatives, and maintain a proactive approach to client needs.

Build strong working relationships with

builders, merchants, plumbers

, and suppliers to facilitate efficient problem-solving and ensure customer satisfaction.

Promote suitable product alternatives where appropriate, ensuring the best possible solution is always presented to the customer.

Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and clear internal communication.

Deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints – phone, email, and in person – in line with company standards.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a

customer service, sales support

, or similar coordination role.

Proven ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with a confident, personable approach.

Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.

High level of computer literacy and proficiency with office systems and order processing tools.

Experience working with purchasing, supply chain, or logistics teams is a distinct advantage.
