Mechanical Project Manager HVAC / Plumbing Location : Dublin Salary : €75,000 €90,000 Sector : Building Services | Mechanical | HVAC | Project Delivery An established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle of HVAC and plumbing installations across a key long-term commercial development in Dublin. This is a strategic role for a technically strong manager with a background in mechanical contracting and site delivery. The Role : Manage mechanical services packages from pre-construction through to handover. Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision. Drive project progress in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements. Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Attend site meetings and produce regular progress and cost reports. Ensure all mechanical and HVAC systems meet current standards, drawings, and specifications. Lead commissioning and handover processes. Candidate Profile : 5+ years experience in mechanical / HVAC project management. Trade background (plumbing or mechanical) with strong technical capability. Experience delivering full mechanical packages on commercial or mixed-use developments. Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills. Familiar with Irish Building Regulations and industry health & safety standards. Full Irish driving licence and relevant site certifications (Safe Pass, etc.).
