Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Plumber Registered Gas Installer Carry out the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and reactive repairs of mechanical systems and equipmentincluding boilers, pumps, and vesselsacross a range of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repair of mechanical systems and plant. Provide on-site customer support during installations, repairs, and service visits. Adhere to assigned work schedules and ensure timely task completion. Carry out all tasks related to installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of systems. Diagnose faults and technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions. Produce clear, accurate, and timely service reports. Operate company vehicle safely and utilize field automation systems as required. Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and fieldwork guidelines. Maintain communication with the office team and contribute to information sharing. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate advice or technical briefings. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Skills & Experience Essential Qualified Plumber with RGI / GID certification Proven experience in : Boiler servicing, fault-finding, and repair Pump maintenance and fault diagnosis Mechanical repairs within large-scale commercial buildings Good knowledge of mechanical systems and their components Minimum of 2 years experience as a maintenance plumber in a commercial environment Basic understanding of electrical systems Desirable HVAC experience Valid Manual Handling Certificate Valid Safe Pass Skills : Plumbing Boiler Gas Installation Servicing Repair Diagnose Faults
