Our client is a rapidly growing, Dublin-based international accounting and consulting firm, which has experienced significant growth over the past five years.

This is one of the most dynamic firms in the country, that services the mid-market client space.

They have recently made a number of Partner appointments across their audit and tax functions, with further senior hires expected to be required into 2025 due to sustained client development / growth.

The story of the firm's development has been compelling, with circa 20% year on year growth since 2021, with 20% further growth anticipated for 2025.

They have a strong balance sheet, enabling them to invest in their people, AI and digital strategies without the need for private equity backing.

The Role –

Senior Audit Director or Partner

The firm is recruiting for an Audit Director either already at or suitable for RI status or an experienced Partner to help expand and develop their audit practice further.

They primarily serve clients in the technology, life sciences, financial services along with a variety of other sectors.

The portfolio could include up to 30 clients, without PLC work.

They aim to fast-track their people's development, getting a Director to RI status or a Partner to full equity status as soon as possible.

About you –

You will be a qualified accountant

Have a number of years of experience at Director or Partner level in a Big 4 / large firm

Technically strong

Have a growth mindset
