Our client, a leading firm of accountants and business advisers, is currently looking for a Manager to join their Audit department.

This role will involve managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries, with a focus on successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines.

As a Manager in this team, you will be responsible for communicating with clients and the team, planning and executing audits and accounting engagements, and supervising team members.

You will also have the opportunity to lead, manage, motivate and coach other members of the team to enhance your own personal development.

Main Responsibilities —

Successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines

Communicating effectively with clients and team members

Planning and executing audits and accounting engagements

Supervising and coaching other team members

Managing and motivating the team to ensure high performance

About you —

Accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA

Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice

Managerial experience is preferred but not required
