Freight Operations Coordinator

Role : Freight Operations Coordinator Location : Dublin 3 Hybrid role Salary : €40k - €45k Role Requirements : Accepting & processing bookings, with continuous monitoring and adjustments where required. Invoicing, filing & general administrative duties carried out within time frame requirements & with high level of accuracy Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to react to problems in a time efficient manner. Support customers throughout their shipping journey. Solving problems before they arise. Providing excellent customer service. Candidate Requirements : An ability to demonstrate proven experience in a similar role an advantage. Must be able to work on their own initiative. Experience in Road Freight & Ocean Freight desirable, including import & Export as well as LCL and Groupage services. Customer service focused with excellent communication skills; this role involves the maintenance of close relationships with customers and sub-contractors.
