Customer Service & Operations Coordinator PLEASE NOTE THIS IS INITIALLY A CONTRACT ROLE. THE ROLE IS 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE IN WEST DUBLIN. Hours : 37.5 per week Purpose : To support customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, and ensuring timely despatch and delivery. Key Responsibilities : Handle customer and sales team communications Process orders, loans, and consignment sets Manage back orders, pricing queries, and quotations Maintain accurate customer records and invoicing Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently Support warehouse operations for order preparation Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems Provide cross-functional support during absences Essential Skills & Experience : Experience in the medical device industry (pharma or experience in hospital environment considered) Strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI) Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable : Office-based experience A-levels or equivalent Demonstrated continuous improvement and team engagement Core Competencies : Decision-making and sound judgement Relationship building Proactive and self-motivated Strong written and verbal communication Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
