Executive PA to MD

Executive Assistant Dublin 2 ( Fully onsite) €50K This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury retail brand in the heart of the city centre supporting the MD and the wider board of Directors. Typically, your day-to-day will involve : Providing extensive diary and email inbox management ensuring all eventualities are managed professionally. Preparation of documents for meetings Preparation of reports All administration support, including presentations, minutes, documents and accounts / expenses / filing. Point of contact for all internal queries and managing response Organise travels, coordinate external events and travel & expenses for the Board of Directors As with any senior-level EA position, it is expected that you have a flexible attitude and can react appropriately within a busy environment with a minimum of 5 years experience working at this level. Working with confidentiality is essential. You must have excellent Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. Apply today!
