Advise on employment law and HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.
Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.
Maintain HR records and ensure accurate use of HR systems.
Support HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
Contribute to training and development activities.
Provide support across multiple sites as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
What you'll need : Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
Previous exposure to ER casework, across all aspects.
