BROTHERS OF CHARITY SERVICES IRELAND LIMERICK REGION Applications are invited for the following position : HR Business Manager Grade VII Permanent Full Time Contract Location : Human Resources Department, 1st Floor, Blackberry Park, Ballykeeffe, Dock Road, Limerick Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications Have significant HR experience in managing and / or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care or comparative relevant experience.

A proven track record of delivering HR support to staff HR experience with a strong emphasis on, employee relations, information analysis and / or project implementation.

The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.

Desirable Third level degree in HR or a related discipline.

Experience of supervising staff Experience of managing and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines / competing demands.

Knowledge of the HR Management System data to provide meaningful reports to support key stakeholders.

Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams Experience with training and development initiatives and delivery.

Experience gained in a unionised environment.
