The People Team within Munich Re Automation Solutions provide full lifecycle human resources services for our offices in Dublin, Tokyo, Singapore & Sydney.
From recruitment and onboarding to engagement, development and promoting diversity, this team partner closely with the business to provide best practice HR support to our global colleagues.

Role Purpose
This role supports many areas of People Team.
Responsibilities can range from supporting monthly payroll to delivering a wellbeing strategy.
Role Requirements
Accountabilities
HR
Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
Own the HR admin for new hires, working with IT, Office Management & HR
Drafting contracts, scheduling onboarding, maintaining contact with new employees and ensuring their first few weeks run smoothly
Updating and maintaining HR Database & systems, including all starter & leaver records
Participate in various HR related projects
Organise and support employee engagement and wellbeing programs
Support the monthly processing of payroll across all regions
Update and maintain the Employee handbook, policies and procedures
Maintain the internal HR Sharepoint site
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant and provide first level guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Recruitment
Support the HRBP in preparing job descriptions and the role approval process
Advertise open positions internally and externally
Co-ordinate interviews with HR and the hiring team
Manage the recruitment of the intern and graduate programmes
Communication & Event Management
Support all teams across the organisation with communicating team updates
Work with the Executive team to draft and issue company updates via email, teams and Sharepoint
Coordinate the monthly townhalls, ensuring speakers are selected and prepared with presentations
Support company events, including strategy days, hackathons and social events.
Essential Requirements
1-2 years experience in a similar HR or recruitment position
A working knowledge of employment law
At least 12 months of study in HR specific subjects
A strong communicator, communicating effectively
A professional team player with a can-do attitude
A detail oriented individual, with a strong focus on quality

Nise to have skills & capabilities
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Knowledge of employee engagement activities and trends
