Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our client's sales team in driving adoption of our client’s product within the SME service sector.

The company is transforming the sustainability landscape for SMEs with an innovative SaaS platform that helps their clients manage their carbon footprint with the help of technology and AI.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and strong relationship-building skills with key decision makers. The chosen candidate will help in the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
Manage outbound sales efforts targeting sustainability and finance teams within SMEs.
Collaborate with marketing to refine inbound lead generation campaigns and enhance conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and position our solutions effectively.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in sustainability, SaaS, or travel management sectors.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of sustainability challenges and carbon accounting within SMEs. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and SaaS platforms is a plus.

Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and adept at generating insightful reports using BI tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field. Advanced degree is advantageous.

Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers. Strong customer focus and adept problem-solving abilities.
