We do that by finding the most ambitious people to work with us.  The role : We’re hiring an Executive Producer with a focus on policy, regulation, trade delegations, and tech in the EU and beyond. You’ll work remotely as a senior member of our Speakers Team, helping shape world-class stages and ensuring exceptional execution. You’ll act as Deputy Event Lead for one of our flagship events annually and as editorial point person for your specialist area. This role demands strong editorial judgment, diplomacy with high-profile stakeholders, and operational excellence.Please note, this is a 12m FTC.

What you'll achieve

• Act as the expert for your content grouping ( policy, regulation, trade ).
• Feed insights and issues to senior leadership and contribute strategic ideas to evolve the track.
• Provide editorial guidance to teammates and act as a trusted source of industry knowledge.
• Support the Event Lead across speaker acquisition, editorial planning, stakeholder management, and internal coordination.
• Represent the event in internal and external meetings and help ensure smooth, strategic progress.
• Monitor acquisition efforts across the team and help troubleshoot booking challenges.
