Sales Executive CREGG are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Dublin-based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the architectural / construction sector. Key Responsibilities : Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and architectural markets. Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets (IRL & UK) through cold calling, meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. Promote the companys full range of products, ensuring technical requirements and compliance standards are clearly communicated. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. Demonstrating and presenting products. Keep up to date with industry trends, building regulations, and product innovations. Weekly meeting & reviewing sales. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using CRM software. Qualifications and Skills : Proven sales experience within the construction industry is highly desirable. Strong network within the Dublin and greater Ireland construction sector. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to understand technical specifications and compliance requirements.
