Responsibilities
- Helping patients with everyday tasks like eating, dressing, using the restroom, and washing.
- Carrying out routine clinical duties such as monitoring patient conditions, helping with mobility, and recording vital signs.
- Keeping an eye on junior employees and making sure they follow care guidelines.
- Interacting with patients, families, and medical staff in an effective manner.
- Assisting with new hire training and making sure they comprehend their responsibilities.
- Reacting quickly to crises and provide the support that is required.
