We would like to invite applications the position of Clinical Nurse Manager in our Northwood Residential Home, Santry, Co. Dublin

Salary : €13.75 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

To carry out any duties associated with preparing and serving meals, cleaning up after meals and maintaining the dining environment have been at the standard required by Bartra Healthcare.
Ensure that food is presented in an appealing way.
Seek to understand resident's / patients' needs and requirements.
Assist in the serving of meals and drinks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs.

Personal Hygiene and appearance :

To be familiar with the Food Hygiene Manual and follow the standards stipulated.

Wear enclosed, non-slip, clean black protective shoes & clean clothing at all times while on duty.

Wear minimal make-up and fragrance. Long hair to be tied back or worn up and covered with hair net. No jewelery with the exception of a plain (no stones) wedding band.

Eligibility criteria / Qualifications and / or experience

Qualifications

Essential requirements for the ideal candidate :

Experience in similar role

Knowledge of HACCP including good hygiene practices

Flexibility / adaptability

Excellent written / numerical / analytical skills

Strong IT Skills

Highly organised
