Healthcare Assistant

Nuvo Healthcare Recruitment is hiring an experienced Health Care Assistant on behalf of a modern 92-bed facility located in the heart of Clondalkin Village , just a short walk from the Red Cow Luas Line and well connected by public transport.

What's on Offer :

Starting at €15 per hour (based on experience)

40 hours per week (full-time, minimum guaranteed)

12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling

Weekend Overtime Pay : +15% on Saturdays, +20% on Sundays

Your Role :

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and respectful environment. Responsibilities include :

Assisting residents with personal care needs (washing, dressing, toileting)

Supporting mobility and mealtimes

Encouraging engagement in daily activities

Promoting dignity, independence, and emotional well-being

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of experience in an Irish nursing home setting

QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (or equivalent)

Excellent spoken and written English

Valid permission to work in Ireland (overseas applicants will not be considered at this time)
