Senior Exam & Assessment Specialist

Your new company As Senior Exams Exam & Assessment Specialist, you will join an educational body in their Examinations and Assessment Office. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. You will have a hybrid work model after your training period. Your new role As Senior Exams Exam & Assessment Specialist, you will support the Head of Assessment and Examinations by supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Examinations Office. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, coordinating the scheduling and logistics of examinations; administering the use of the Exam Scheduler system; overseeing the successful delivery of accurate and timely operational processes; managing the processing of results; acting as a point of contact for complex operational queries, managing the exit award process; supporting continuous improvements; managing day-to-day operations of the exam's office Zendesk system, reporting and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role. What you'll need to succeed To become Senior Exams & Assessment Specialist, you will have a minimum 3 years' experience in a third level setting. In-depth knowledge of the concepts underpinning Marks and Standards for Academic Programmes is required. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills, are necessary. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and complex administrative skills are essential.
