Finishing Foreman

Job Title : Finishing Foreman Location : South Dublin Project : High-quality apartment development (Residential) Salary : Negotiable DOE An established construction company is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team on a new-build apartment block in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will oversee all finishing works, manage trades on-site, and ensure high standards of quality and safety are maintained through to handover. Key Responsibilities : Supervise all internal finishing activities to ensure a snag-free delivery. Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to meet deadlines. Maintain quality control and compliance with design specifications. Monitor site health & safety and enforce best practices at all times. Liaise with the Site Manager and project team on daily progress and any issues. Manage inspections, snag lists and final handovers. Requirements : Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of finishing trades, snagging and handover processes. Ability to read drawings and manage finishing details to a high standard. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Valid Safe Pass and relevant tickets (e.g. CSCS, manual handling).
