Finishing Foreperson – Dublin

Excel Recruitment is proud to be working with one of Ireland’s leading residential developers to recruit a Finishing Foreperson for their award-winning team. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to join a respected company delivering high-spec housing schemes across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities for Finishing Foreperson

Ensure strict adherence to all site health and safety policies and procedures
Oversee subcontractor packages with strong commercial awareness
Monitor progress on site and take proactive measures to address delays
Carry out regular inspections and resolve any issues efficiently
Lead snagging crews and coordinate testing and commissioning with subcontractors
Utilise the company’s DMS platform to track completions, sign-offs, and outstanding actions
Supervise finishing works from plastering through to final presentation and handover
Work closely with sales and customer care teams to ensure smooth handover of units
Deliver a positive customer experience by quickly addressing any aftercare issues

Requirements for Finishing Foreperson

Ideally coming from a trade background

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail with a structured approach to site management

Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities effectively

A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and delivery
