As a Senior Data / Business Analyst, you will be part of a pharmacy analytics team; focused on using data analysis to provide insight and understanding on pharmacy claim data. You will be a key team member, leading data analytics projects and working with a broad spectrum of business stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret diverse and complex data using Python and SQL
• Translate business needs and problems into analytics, and then communicate those complex data findings as clear, business-friendly narratives
• Present insights to all levels of management through presentations, dashboards, and reports tailored for non-technical audiences
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring insights are easily understood and actionable
• Create documentation to explore and confirm business requirements
• Implement analytic activities to support decision-making across multiple lines of business
• Implement process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency where appropriate
• Be responsible for the delivery of results and the support of business strategies derived from data insights
• Participate in all phases of a project life cycle including database design, process flow, benchmark and trend analysis, and modelling
• Provide recommendations to the development team regarding query optimization
