Senior Business Analyst

Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates. Key Responsibilities : Business Analysis Delivery : Provide full-lifecycle business analysis supportcapturing requirements, defining business needs, and supporting solution design through to implementation and evaluation. Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders at all levels to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Requirements Engineering : Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, workflows, and / or technical specifications that support development and testing teams. Project Methodologies : Deliver analysis within multiple project management methodologies including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on solution requirements and objectives. Change & Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Essential Experience : Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Demonstrated experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid environments. Requirements elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, surveys) Business process modelling (e.g., BPMN) Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Visio Educational Requirements : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Benefits : Competitive daily rate HOW TO APPLY : To apply for this role, please submit your updated CV.
