Senior Business Analyst

Overview We are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice, working on a wide range of projects and programmes.

The individual will have experience working on digital transformation and strategic change projects, responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, closure, and delivery for our Banking partners.

Responsibilities Key Skills Engage with business users, understand problem statements, and agree on the scope of engagement.

Interview product owners to understand current business processes and develop customer-driven future processes.

Support the business by documenting process models and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Map customer experience using tools like personas and customer journeys.

Gather and analyze statistical data to support business cases for change.

Research and analyze industry best practices to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys.

Support the business in planning and designing digital strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty.

Bring industry experience and thought leadership to advise on trends, future operating models, and best-in-class journeys.

Develop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace in which stakeholders operate.

Employ process modeling techniques to capture requirements and work with product owners and development teams to deliver process improvements.

Collaborate with multiple product owners to develop clear, non-implementation-specific epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Support and contribute to a metrics-driven culture within the organization.

Experience and Skills Required Design thinking, stakeholder management, clear communication, requirements workshops, and decision-making skills.

Experience in documenting business cases, process modeling, and requirement elicitation.

Project management from inception to delivery.

IT background with a solid understanding of technology.

Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.

Strong communication, collaboration, continuous improvement, and best-practice orientation.
