We are currently looking for a Senior Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to join our wonderful Conference & Banqueting team at Dublins Leading Castle Hotel. Objective of the Role Reporting to the C&B Manager, this role plays a crucial part in the smooth day-to-day running of our conference and banqueting operations. Youll lead the team on the floor, ensuring that every event, from high end corporate functions to elegant private celebrations are executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities : Lead the floor operations for all conference and banqueting events, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction Support the C&B Manager with scheduling, training and supervision of the C&B team Oversee event set-up, room layout and service standards in line with client briefs and hotel expectations Work closely with teams to ensure clear communication and effective coordination Be present during events to resolve issues, make quick decisions and maintain service excellence Maintain stock control of C&B supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is prepared in advance Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where required Champion a positive and professional team culture, leading by example on the floor About You : Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within conference and banqueting or events Strong operational knowledge and attention to detail Confident, hands on leadership style with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings based on event schedules A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service Benefits include : Career progression opportunities- personal development plans.
