This is a great entry role if you are considering a career in the hotel industry and full training can be given to the right candidate where you will learn and interact with all departments of a hotel. Key Duties and Responsibilities Set up meeting rooms and conference hall for upcoming meetings according to the layout style and requirements requested. Ensure that all crockery, cutlery, AV equipment, tables, chairs etc are set up correctly and in good condition. Ensure the meeting room / conference hall is ready in time for the guests arrival and any refreshments requested are delivered on time and as per the requested specification. Carry out the breakdown and cleaning of the meeting rooms after meetings / events have finished. Assist reception with guest requests (e.g. item requests, light maintenance, luggage, TV assistance) and other departments (Food & Beverage and Housekeeping) in the Hotel when there are no meetings booked.
