Title : Associate Director - Commercial Property Management

Location : Dublin City (Hybrid working available)

Salary : Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Pension + Health Cover (family) and a host of other benefits.

They have been instructed on some of the most exclusive portfolios in Ireland and work with an impressive list of clients.

The Role : This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial assets.

The portfolio that this role is responsible for is a mix of commercial assets.

This role also focuses on maintaining an excellent client relationship and working closely with the wider team to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : Implement and review service charge budgets.

Prepare financial data for quarterly client reporting.

Working alongside the wider team, including; Building Managers, accountancy team and the wider client network.

Ensuring the properties in the portfolio are running smoothly each day.

and keeping in close contact with the tenants on any issues that arise Undertaking regular property inspections with the building manager.

Key Requirements : Excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, and initiative.

Team player in a fast-moving dynamic team.

Adaptable, keen, and enthusiastic.

Desire to progress and generate new business.

Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships, including with clients.

Forward-thinking and proactive.
