About the Role
As EMEA Channel Manager, you’ll strengthen and scale an established partner network, focusing on high-impact, enterprise-aligned relationships—especially with ISVs, system integrators, and solution providers in automation, computer vision, IoT, and AI-at-the-edge. You’ll go beyond traditional hardware sales, driving co-selling, bundling, and joint go-to-market initiatives that position our solutions as the partner of choice for large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Expand and deepen the EMEA partner network, prioritizing strategic, enterprise-focused alliances over transactional resellers.Identify and engage with ISVs and solution providers to deliver enterprise solutions into key verticals and regions.Lead partner enablement, sales planning, and forecasting to ensure partners actively contribute to regional revenue goals.Tailor partner strategies to regional nuances—compliance, languages, procurement trends, and business culture.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support partners across the customer journey.Embrace modern tools and technologies, including AI, to maximize efficiency and impact.What We’re Looking For
Proven success in a senior channel sales or business development role within EMEA, ideally in tech, hardware, or integrated enterprise solutions.Experience working with or within partner ecosystems (ISVs, VARs, MSPs, or SIs) across EMEA markets.Deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape and complex sales cycles.Technical background or certifications in IT, Edge Computing, or AI are highly desirable.Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and adaptability to diverse regional market conditions.Willingness to travel up to 10% across the EMEA region.Why Join?
