Overview We currently have a vacancy for an Project Administrator based on our project site in Co. Kildare. This is a varied role working as part of a busy Engineering Team. The successful candidate will be working with and providing support to our project delivery team onsite as well as our client stakeholders. Responsibilities Compiling project documents including minutes, reports, contact registers and meeting schedules for example Issuing of Visitor / Contractor Security badges Booking of meeting and diary management Working as part of the Pm Gropup onsite team and also supporting client team. Issuing documents through our document databases and platforms Providing support where neccessary Qualifications Good Administration skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work Ability to work on own initiative Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills Why PM Group?
